After over five cenluries of tradition and art in firearms producfion in Gardone Val Trompia, ZANARDINI ARMS was estabilshed in 1946 and already since that time it gave the peculiar trace that today makes it famous in the sector of rifled barrel guns as well as on the pages of the leading and most prestigious magazines all over the world, by winning the 1971 EXHIBITION'S FIRST PRIZE FOR OUALlTY AND ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY.
Though it is always researching better solutions and has succeded in realizing technically perfect and sought-after arms, it will always proudly maintain the characteristics of Ihe famous Gardone Craftsmanship.
For the construction of his guns. ZANARDINI ARMS makes use of the best steels.
The rifled Barrels are made of Bohler Rasant or ChromeVanadium steel, by cold-swaging operation to censure high shooting precision end resistance.
All the Frames of our guns are made of special trialloyed steel (Nickel-Chrome) and heat-treated to hardness specified for a very high resistance.
The Stocks are made of specially selected walnut with Bavarian style cheek-piece. oil finish, rubber recoil pad or horn butt.
On request, they can be supplied in english or american style.

Making use of a long experience in the construction of our guns, our models have been designed with the newest devising in their specific type.
The Barrels are inserted into the frame thus allowing to drain pressure towards the barycenler of same, with better precision shooting performances.
Ribs: flat ribs prism shaped 11 mm.
Adjustable rear sight - Bead front sight.
Locking system: classic Anson-Deeley.
Intemal coil spring operated action, regular extractor.
All our rifles are presetted for pivot scope mounts with double wheel lock patended system.
The guns, besides being proof tested by the National Italian Proof House, are also tested at ZANARDINI ARMI's private shooting range, ensuring an approx 3 cm. pattern at 100 meters range.
The target pattern is supplied to the customer to confirm ZANARDINI ARMI's reliability.
All the rifles of our production: Fuchs, Prinz, Bristol Oxford, London and Donau were subjected to a rigorous examination of the frame and of the locking system and this happens for each calibers. |
